
be kind // unwind 2019
In November we teamed up with @heartspaceyogastudio for BE KIND // unwind, a #selfcaresaturday practice focused on mind, body, and soul. Lauren taught a 45 minute Chill Flow Yoga class followed by 15 mins of meditation. Once we were feeling relaxed and restored, we will continue to connect over mimosas (made with love with @solsticejuiceco fresh-squeezed Oliver OJ) and snacks.
This meet-up helped fulfill our intention to continue fostering community: providing an opportunity to be kind to our bodies, love ourselves, and make some new friends and connections while we’re at it.
