We have teamed up with Heartspace Yoga Studio for BE KIND // unwind, a #selfcaresaturday practice focused on mind, body, and soul.
Saturday November 30, 1:45pm – 3:45pm
Lauren will host a 45 minute Chill Flow Yoga class followed by 15 mins of meditation. Once we are feeling relaxed and restored, we will continue to connect over mimosas (made with love with Solstice Juice Co fresh-squeezed Oliver OJ) and snacks. GirlGang merch will also be available for purchase.
This meet-up fulfills our intention to continue fostering community: providing an opportunity to be kind to our bodies, love ourselves, and make some new friends and connections while we’re at it.
